Calf Raise delivers in-depth insights into your Calf Raise (Heel Raise) performance using the camera on your iOS device. By monitoring the trajectory of a circle placed on your heel, this app provides data on total and peak heel height, power, work done, as well as fatigue index calculations by comparing initial and final repetitions. Keep track of total repetitions completed conveniently within the app.

Simply input your details, record consecutive Calf Raise performances, adjust the tracking marker, select key points like starting position, first peak, and last peak—then analyze data effortlessly. Perform tests on both legs to compare results, detect asymmetries, and enhance your understanding.
