Calf Raise is the first scientifically designed app to measure Calf Raise performance from videos using your iPad or iPhone. With an innovative design and validated tracking algorithms, Calf Raise brings science to your practice!

The Calf Raise (rise) or Heel Raise test is often utilized in clinical practice and research to evaluate calf muscle strength and endurance. This test entails repeatedly going up on your toes and back down, offering reliable insights into side-to-side differences and injury deficits. The Calf Raise app allows for comprehensive tracking beyond merely counting raises.

For those interested in measuring power and work with added resistance, Calf Raise supports the inclusion of external loads to emphasize strength assessment over endurance. This app is adaptable to suit various testing requirements.

Calf Raise delivers in-depth insights into your Calf Raise (Heel Raise) performance using the camera on your iOS device. By monitoring the trajectory of a circle placed on your heel, this app provides data on total and peak heel height, power, work done, as well as fatigue index calculations by comparing initial and final repetitions. Keep track of total repetitions completed conveniently within the app.

Simply input your details, record consecutive Calf Raise performances, adjust the tracking marker, select key points like starting position, first peak, and last peak—then analyze data effortlessly. Perform tests on both legs to compare results, detect asymmetries, and enhance your understanding.
